Primary Billing Service is unique from other billing companies in that it allows instant, real-time communications regarding patient account receivable information by logging into their billing software via the internet in our office. Our claims are also scanned over for immediate processing. They have helped me increase revenue tremendously by periodically informing and updating me with covered versus non-covered services which are are constantly changing year-to-year as well as effectively appealing denied claims. Overall, I am extremely happy with their knowledgeable friendly services over the past years and have highly recommended their services to all my colleagues.

Primary Billing has handled our billing for more than a decade. Since then we have increased our collections while decreasing the headache of employee supervision, absences, retraining and other employment issues. We have also relied of PBS to stay abreast of all statutory and bureacratic change. Moreover, there has been a consistent professionalism and sense of prompt response to all billing issues.
